The “Kratan” tannery is a family business with a long tradition. We have been operating continuously since 1957, creating a variety of products of the highest quality. Our many years of experience and modern approach to contemporary customer needs make us lasting and reliable business partners. 

Our company is a leader in the production of split leather laminated with PU and PVC foils in Poland. We produce split leather for the production of footwear, leather goods, furniture, saddlery and special technical products.

We have been developing innovative digital printing technology on leather and splits for 15 years. Thanks to this, we can create personalized patterns with high print resolution and very good resistance to external conditions.

We also specialize in covered, velvet, waxed and lining splits.

In addition to the Polish market, we export our products to most European countries as well as China, India, Israel, the United States and Canada. By focusing on continuous development, we travel thousands of kilometers to learn about new trends, advanced products, innovative technologies and production systems.

We perform laboratory tests of our products. We also have a modern technology park, which we constantly modernize with attention to every detail of our products. To protect the environment, our plant has a sewage pre-treatment plant fully adapted to EU requirements.
